Treatment for Substance Use Disorders
We provide outpatient treatment with medication-assisted treatment and counseling for all substance use disorders, including opiates, cannabis, alcohol, benzodiazepines, and the stimulants cocaine and methamphetamine. Dr. Vigil is Board Certified in Addiction Medicine and is also certified as a Master Addiction Counselor. Jonathon Vigil, PA, is waivered to prescribe buprenorphine for opiate use disorders. We are also able to provide specialized treatment for substance use disorders via telemedicine to clients in rural areas and other areas throughout the state where addiction treatment providers are not available.
General Medical and Primary Care
Catering to both adolescents and adults, our clinic offers comprehensive general medical and primary care services. Dr. Vigil's Urgent Care Medicine board certification allows us to provide appointments for minor medical examinations and urgent care (for established patients) needs. Jonathon Vigil, PA, with experience in primary care, urgent care, and orthopedics, ensures quality care across various medical domains.
Specialized Exams
Dr. Vigil, a certified Aviation Medical Examiner, conducts Aviation Medical Examinations for all classes (1st, 2nd, and 3rd). His DOT certification enables CDL physicals and Independent Medical Examinations for disability, Impairment Ratings, Insurance physicals, and Workman's Comp. We also facilitate Sports Physicals for school athletes as well as amateur and professional sports. Dr. Vigil is also a certified Civil Surgeon, authorized to perform Immigration Exams for the US Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS). Jonathon Vigil, PA, is also certified for DOT/CDL exams.
Aesthetic Medicine
